I demonstrate the zoom and test the auto focus noise of the Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens. It is Nikon's most powerful zoom lens yet, with a 16.7x zoom range. VR Vibration Reduction Image Stabilization is turned on during this video. This lens is beautiful, amazing, heavy and big, but also quiet and smoother than it's predecessors.I have also noticed that the VR (vibration reduction) image stabilization on this lens works a bit better than the 18-200mm VR II lens and it no longer makes a click when it turns on and off, and it doesn't make a high pitched noise when it is on (the 18-200mm and the 18-55mm lens make a high pitched noise when the VR is on).
