Updated compositing test with previous video now using Adobe After Effects. Video shot with Nikon D3200. Turns out quite seamless for minimum effort. Could be nice workflow. Background flag video loop is used freely from stockfreefootage.com. Длительность: 1:30

Just got my new external mic in for my canon camera. I needed one badly because of strong wind noise in my videos, even though though I have the wind reduction option on the canon. I also purchased a Micover fuzzy wind cover that goes over the Nikon mic. Whats nice is my Canon only recorded in mono, but with my new external mic it will record in stereo sound. The Nikon ME-1 works even on Canon cameras, and tightens right on the Canon hotshoe. I tested it out using my cars A/C to create and even equal amount of wind as opposed to just standing outside and filming. As you can see from the video the difference is amazing. 1. Physically very similar to its predecessor the D3000, the D3100 is built around a 14.2 megapixel CMOS sensor, bringing not only live view but also Full HD video capture to Nikon's entry-level model. Compared to the D3000 the body gets a slight refresh, gaining an extra button to the left of the screen, a drive mode switch at the base of the mode dial, a sprung lever to engage live view and a direct record movie button. The D3100 has a new 11-point AF system, and Nikon has also added an additional AF-F autofocus mode to allow better focusing in live view and autofocus during video shooting. The D3100 offers little to complain about in terms of image quality, and its new 14Mp sensor delivers very good results. High ISO performance is substantially improved over the D3000, to the extent that images shot at sensitivities as high as 3200 are eminently usable. There's no doubt that the D3100 is one of the best entry-level SLRs available, offering very good image quality coupled with speedy operation and straightforward handling. Source: www.dpreview.com 2. Nikon has updated its entry-level DSLR offering with the addition of a 24MP CMOS sensor. This makes it equal to Sony's A65, A77 and NEX-7 in offering the highest pixel count we've yet seen at the APS-C sensor size, and second only to the full-frame professional-grade D800 in Nikon's entire range. The significant thing, though, is that it does so at a starting price of $699 (the same launch price as the D3100 and Panasonic ... Длительность: 0:41
